Lottery

All members are eligible to take part in our monthly Friends of Commsave Credit Union Lottery.

We have a top prize of £750 and 29 prizes of £100 every month, with mega draws twice a year and bumper prizes of up to £5,000. Our lottery tickets cost £1 per draw, and are limited to two tickets per member.

50% of the total money raised is dedicated to prizes. 25% is used towards furthering the development of Commsave through education, training, and promoting awareness. The remaining 25% is used to support our Community Fund.

Thank you so much from our family for the top prize! The only other thing I’ve ever won in the last decade (apart from my wife’s heart) was a poetry competition. Have already used some of it to make our child's 5th birthday party even more memorable but saving most of it for first home deposit through Lifetime ISA apart from sending some charitably abroad.

FAQs

Joining the lottery is simple. Start by either logging into your account via the app or website. Navigate to the 'loans and services' tab if you're on the website, or 'update personal information' if you're using the app. Select 'change lottery subscriptions' and fill in the form. Finally, you can click submit. You're now entered into the lottery.

Lottery tickets cost £1 per draw, and are limited to 2 per member per draw. The cost of entry is deducted from your Regular Savings Account at the end of each month.

A top prize of £500 and 29 prizes of £75 every month, with mega draws twice a year with bumper prizes of up to £5,000!

Winners are drawn electronically on the last working day of the month, and winners are notified by letter and text.
