WHA Healthcare is a not-for-profit organisation based in South Wales, that has been supporting the health and wellbeing of individuals, families, and businesses since 1948. Specialising in Healthcare Cash Plans, WHA helps cover every day healthcare costs with simple and affordable solutions.
A Healthcare Cash Plan is a type of health insurance that helps cover the cost of everyday healthcare expenses. For a small monthly fee, policyholders can reclaim money for services such as dental treatment, eye care, physiotherapy, and specialist consultations. Plans from WHA Healthcare start from just £6.28 per month, offering accessible healthcare support without breaking the bank.
In collaboration with Commsave Credit Union, WHA Healthcare provides Commsave members access to its cash plans. While Commsave promotes financial wellbeing, WHA Healthcare complements this by enhancing the health and wellness of its members. Through this collaboration, Commsave members are eligible to join WHA Healthcare and take advantage of its benefits.
WHA Healthcare offers two core Health Cash Plans, both of which are easy to join:

WHA Direct Plan: Starting at £7.00 per month, this plan covers a wide range of everyday healthcare needs, including alternative therapies such as sports therapy and Bowen therapy. It also allows partners or spouses to be added to the plan. Click here to view our WHA Direct Plan.

To align with WHA Healthcare’s membership criteria, new applicants can join the WHA Healthcare Plan up to age 65, and the WHA Direct Plan up to age 70. After joining, members can continue to enjoy their plan benefits without any age-related restrictions.
WHA Healthcare also supports organisations with its Business Health Cash Plans, offering a cost-effective way for employers to look after their workforce's health. These plans help ensure that employees can access essential healthcare services, supporting staff health and wellbeing.
